On June 5, an official presentation of Tesaran took place in Moscow, attended by Armenian and Russian architects, partner companies, and invited guests.

The project was showcased as a model of modern residential living—rooted in the balance between nature, architecture, and high-quality human environments.

Key aspects highlighted included:

• 94 private homes and multifamily buildings
  
  

• 1.6 hectares of public green space
  
  

• A tree-planting initiative of over 1,200 trees
  
  

• Plans for developing social infrastructure
  
  

The presentation gave the Armenian diaspora in Russia an opportunity to learn about the project and explore housing opportunities in their homeland.
