Engineering systems form the foundation of every residential community. They are the most invisible yet long-lasting part of the project, serving for decades, even centuries, and defining your quality of life, comfort, and safety.

In Tesaran, this principle guided both design and construction. All engineering infrastructure was developed and implemented responsibly—from the deepest layers underground to the landscaped yards.

Every utility system—from electricity to water supply and sewage—is laid entirely underground, ensuring high quality, protection, and aesthetic harmony with the environment.

A temporary power station is already in place to support construction and will serve as the basis for future stable, permanent electricity. The energy system also includes generators to ensure uninterrupted power during emergencies.

The water-supply system uses high-quality pipes designed to deliver safe, clean water for many years. Cold, clean water is already available, and there are storage reservoirs to provide additional protection in any circumstances.

Instead of environmentally damaging septic tanks, Tesaran has installed a centralized sewage system using reliable piping.

The entire complex will feature stormwater drainage and dewatering systems to prevent water buildup, excessive humidity, and their consequences.

For maintaining green spaces, drip irrigation systems are being implemented—ensuring regular watering, conserving water, and keeping yards vibrant.

Gas infrastructure will be finalized in the last stage—after the full installation of all essential utilities.
