Striking from the Start: Tesaran Crafts the Complex’s Architectural Aesthetic

Tesaran’s cladding isn’t just material—it’s the first sense of comfort and unity

Cladding work has begun on the façades of Tesaran’s homes. This stage gives the buildings their final appearance, highlighting the character of the region and creating a unified architectural expression.

The cladding consists of multiple interrelated layers that provide thermal insulation, protection from the elements, and an elegant finish. This structure is not only aesthetic but also enhances the buildings’ energy efficiency and climate comfort.

Materials were carefully selected for quality and respect for local architectural traditions, including:

  • Natural stone

  • Travertine

  • Basalt

  • Architectural concrete

  • Decorative stucco

  • Warm-toned wood cladding

  • Profiled metal elements

Natural stone, extensively used in Tesaran, is characteristic of the region—it was also used in façades in neighboring Kanakeravan and continues that architectural style naturally.

Cladding in Tesaran is more than decoration—it shapes the environment and underpins quality living.
